A NEW HOUSE IN THE VILLAGE: ALTERNATIVE
RURAL HOUSE (10 pax)
PRESENTATION
In the South of Spain, in a lost valley between
Ronda's mountains and Grazalema, next to Gibraltar, in a beautiful
landscape and crossing a hanging bridge
very long, we offer you two old completely restored Mills of Water, one of them
(the Flower that gives the name to the whole group) leaning in the
remains of a Roman bridge, both with the water happening under theirs and
front the rapids of a mountain river, sportsman paradise, fishermen,
environmentalist and also for golf 's lovers.

A deep, and lost valley (that of the Guadiaro) with
multitude of caves, some of them of great fame between specialists, -The Cat,

Possibilities of sports type
mountaineering, speleology, kayak, cannyoning and trekking. We are to the South of Spain, where
three natural parks converge, the National of Grazalema, the Sierra of Ronda's
Nieves, and the of Alcornocales of Cortes of the Frontier. In the county of
Malaga, between Ronda and Grazalema, look for in the map the highway that
unites Montejaque, Benaoján and Cortes of the Frontier. Jimera of Libar is
among those two last populations, although the town is tiny, and doesn't come
in most of the maps. It is not necessary to go to the village that it's up of
the valley to arrive. When arriving at the river, you will see posters of the
two accesses, one arriving at the train station, happening for under of the
bridge to a road for livestock (capable for cars) among the road and the
river until you is a prey that serves as place of bathrooms in summer
with a small forest, to their surroundings and a Hermitage where
groups usually camp Scouts, and where if you want celebrate religious services
in the intimacy, only for their group. After the rapids that will see
easily, our property begins, which follow to the river something more than half
kilometer, passing among the two riversides, with an isle at its beginning. To

door of the mills, but IF you doesn't HAVE VERTIGO we recommend other,
using a clearing in the forest adapted for parkings that exist in the other
bank and crossing a HANGING BRIDGE. It is not necessary to arrive
to the town or the station. In the crossing, continue for Cortes of the
Frontier, and less than a kilometer, passing a camping previously, and looking
to the river, you will see our entrance very signalled with a poster in a
post and two mill wheels, and after the door -that only opens if you knows the
key - and you will see the parkings.
We NOTICE YOU THAT IF YOU HAS VERTIGO
TO THE HEIGHTS, you won't BE ABLE TO to PASS THE BRIDGE, it is VERY
HIGH AND VERY LONG (about 60 metres) AND IT MOVES VERY MUNCH, it is
similar to the of Indiana Jones, but in sure, -always that you doesn't make
foolishness -.
In the property two Mills of water exist. Semi-hidden in the forest,
you cand see the Mill English, the biggest in both, beside the Hanging Bridge,
and about three hundred meters I laugh below, the Mill the isolated
Flower of the property, with ponds full with aquatic plants, that with the
river and the vegetation make it independent of the rest of the property.
Inside the property there are diverse games and tiny wooden cabins.

MILLS
What we rent is the complete building with its pools,
independent one for each mills - a pavilion of services and perfectly
defined adjacent gardens, and the right of use of the area common to both Mills
of the property, where they are the wooden cabins, golf, field and other
games. The living rooms, the services and the furniture are thought for
the squares that now refer them, for that that if it surpasses them, the
facilities will begin to fail, with the result that it is not allowed to
surpass the hired squares.
We emphasize that their architecture, decoration and distribution is
completely different to what you are accustomed. When being only thought
for a friends' group or family, one escapes from the traditional closed rooms
that isolate to people and we form something very different to the commonly
existent thing. Here the intimacy, is only gotten with separations with the
help of draperies, stairways or different planes, not existing partitions,
neither door some -except in the services -... We break up with all the outlines.
THE FLOWER MILL ( 15 peoples) in bunks and individual
beds or couches, everything is distributed in six independent rooms but
united to each other, The living rooms and bedrooms belong all asymmetric and
irregular one to them, have more than
enough the remains of A ROMAN BRIDGE, on those that leans on the building,
also having a fishing arbor inside the river.

THE MILL THE ENGLISH ( 20 peoples) it has one of marriage,
and the rest in individual beds or couches. Two of the couches, of 5 squares
each one, en attics are located, in the highest part in the building
being ideal for the children or youth.

Taking advantage of the clearing of the land
among the grove, we are preparing a small field of rustic golf inside the
property with 9 streets between 30 and 70
meters long, with a putting-green of 9 holes, and
everithing in way a hundred for a hundred ecological: Anything of herbicides or poisons, anything of sterilization of lands,
excessive payments, drainages or dismount aggressive and yes grasses
natural reaps and irrigators without excess. We already have prepared 7 streets and the putting-green, where we have put a
expends bolls machine and six sticks in each Mill.
It
is a very small and rustic field, but...
ALONE FOR YOU!!
We
are making the administrations to federate, although our idea is that its use
is always gratuitous and exclusive for the users of the two mills.

RETURN
If
you wants to know Andalusia, you are of luck. We are amid their best tourist
places. In a radius of 120 km. are Seville, Malaga, Granada and Cadiz. To 90 km
is Gibraltar , and in their bay you will be able to cross the Strait and to
escape to the north of Africa in a trip. To 60 km. is the Costa of the
Sun.
And
it IS NOT NECESSARY CARS. You can come from Madrid in some 4 hours in the train
Madrid-Algeciras, the station of the property is near, and for small
groups if one requests it expressly, you would stop in our town. To make trips
you can also go to Ronda in train that it is about 20 kms, and there to connect
with buses of it lines all Andalusia, or to rent a minibus or several tourisms.
For
visitors that come by plane, we have 4 airports very close, that of Sherry
-Cadiz - (very small), that of Gibraltar, that of Seville, and that of Malaga.
This last it is the most international. In the 4 you will be able to rent
without problems cars to their pleasure.
Both
have a rustic equipment of first, with a very taken care decoration and
cleaning that it usually impresses favorably our visitors. Floors of flagstones
of mud, paved, roofs of beams of wood and hurdle.
Both
prepare of pool,
(tried from June 1 to the 15 of September) toilet's pavilion annexed besides the
services characteristic of the building, kitchens with all their furniture,

The
Mill the Flower has an Arbor of own fishing surrounded by the rapids of the river, in front of the building, and the Mill the English -with heath roof - it is surrounded of ponds
full with aquatic plants in front of a delicious and grove walk next to the
river.

The rest and one deposit of 100 Euros will be carried out to the delivery

KITCHEN’S SERVICE
The property only offers lodging,
but the ladies who do the cleaning to us are housewives of the place and like

spanish- and say that kitching for all the group a big “paella” or
some typical spanish meat to them and that soon leaves all clean one and
gathered.
Minimum

The
best house in the village, according to program " Tal como somos" of
Spanish TV, in the year 97, located in the main street.
It's
a rural but completely alternative construction, without defined rooms by
doors, although with a heap of differences and corners that isolate some room
of other, but without losing their unit. The house is of those same
proprietors that the mills of the town, and until very recently they have lived
in her, for what it has same style. The entrance gives to a great living room
with several differences, presided over in one of its corners by an enormous
one chimney surrounded by stone sofas by way of living
room to be; in another difference it's the dining room, the room of reading and ascending kind of a separate bedroom and together to this living room for
some arches , in a plane lightly superior, stepping the kitchen and one of the bathrooms that are equally together to this living room,
but lowering some stairways. There are other wooden stairways that
ascend to their superior part where there is a andalusian tipical big door with those floors and wooden roof and until recently it served like study to paint and to sculpt and now it has adapted with draperies , to bedrooms (see photo 1 photo 2 photo 3 y photo 4 ). It has a little patio with some
hallucinating views,
giving to a wide patio,
being entered to this patio for the kitchen, and where there is another bathrooms . In one of the turns of the main living room there is a tiny attic hit
to the roof used bedrooms . The description is very dificult, but if you see them, you it
will check that it is impossible to describe it in another way, since it is
completely unusual.
There
are two beds of marriage of 135 cm. and 8 of 90 cm, without counting the
sofas, although it is noticed that they are not admitted more than 10 guests,
including the children.
If
it rents this house will be able to use the facilities of the property of the
mills, and in summer, it will be able to share with the owners the reception
swimming pool.
